About our park
We welcome both families and seniors to our Park. It is nestled in a live oak grove with two creeks, and valley views. The creeks attract many local birds, including quail, road runners, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, and owls. Pala Mesa Golf Resort (18 holes, par 72) is located to the south of the Park, and homes on our southern border have golf course views. Our on-site friendly office staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Residents own their own homes. Space rent includes cable t.v. and twice-weekly trash collection.
About Fallbrook, CA
The village of Fallbrook (known as “the Friendly Village”) is 6 miles west of Valley Oaks Park, and features supermarkets, banks, boutique shops, restaurants, a beautiful new library, Fallbrook Art Center, and Fallbrook School of the Arts. Each year the Art Center hosts the prestigious Signature American Watermedia Exhibition, February-April. Art and ceramic classes are offered for children and adults.
Fallbrook also hosts the Fallbrook Avocado
Festival every April and a Christmas parade each December.
